Cancellation policy

• More than 48 hours before scheduled pickup: full refund.
• Between 24 and 48 hours before scheduled pickup: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup, or no-show: no refund.

Date / time changes

• Free, subject to availability, if requested at least 12 hours before pickup.
• Changes requested with less than 12 hours’ notice are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.

How to cancel or change a booking

• Send a written request by email to book@evtourcr.com or WhatsApp to +506 7138 1321.
• Include: full name, booking date, pickup time, route, and the requested change.
• The cancellation clock starts when EV Tour CR receives the written request.
• Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method after confirmation.

No-show

If you are not at the agreed pickup point and cannot be reached after a reasonable waiting time, the booking is a no-show and is non-refundable.

Waiting time / airport pickups

• Airport transfers include a reasonable waiting period after landing or after the agreed meeting time.
• Please provide your flight number so delays can be monitored.
• Extra waiting that significantly delays the driver may be charged or require a new arrangement.

Booking confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after payment and written confirmation from EV Tour CR.
• Keep the confirmation and stay reachable on WhatsApp on travel day.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
• Be ready at the agreed time and location.
• Notify flight delays or last-minute changes immediately.
• Respect vehicle capacity and luggage limits.

Premium stops

• Optional short stops (for example Croc Skywalk Tárcoles or Ocean Table Jacó) are timed experiences.
• Stop time must stay within the agreed window so the rest of the transfer is not delayed.
