The service

• Private EV transfers in Costa Rica.
• Optional premium short stops.
• Booking through evtourcr.com, email or WhatsApp.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown at checkout. There are no hidden charges.
• A booking is confirmed after payment and written confirmation.
• Payment processors handle card data. We do not store full card numbers.

Cancellations and changes

• More than 48 hours before pickup: full refund.
• 24–48 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours, or no-show: no refund.
• Date/time changes are free, subject to availability, if requested at least 12 hours before pickup.

Safety and conduct

• Follow driver instructions.
• No illegal activity.
• Seatbelts are required.
• Vehicle capacity and luggage limits apply.

Schedules and force majeure

Traffic, weather, road closures, accidents and force majeure may affect schedules. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. We will communicate as soon as possible.

Liability

The driver/operator is responsible for vehicle operation, insurance and the transport service. EV Tour CR manages bookings, communications and digital payments on evtourcr.com. This does not limit rights you have under Costa Rica consumer law.

Intellectual property

evtourcr.com content, logo, photos and branding are protected. You may not copy the site or brand materials for commercial use.

Reviews and photos

If you submit a testimonial or photo and authorize publication in the form, you grant permission to publish it on EV Tour CR channels.

Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
• Disputes: good-faith negotiation first, then the competent courts in Costa Rica.

E-commerce transparency

• Identity and contact details are visible on the site and these pages.
• Price and cancellation terms are shown before payment.
• A confirmation is sent after purchase.
• Marketing emails or WhatsApp only with prior express consent and an easy opt-out.

Acceptance

By completing a booking you accept these Terms, the Policies and the Privacy Policy. Before payment you must tick: “I have read and accept the Terms, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.”
